Our Cohesive Management Framework
Our Framework will align the policies and procedures of both Portsmouth and
Paducah to deliver a consistent approach to cross cutting programs. This approach
will drive efficiencies and enable lessons learned to be applied at both sites.
This approach is developed from our extensive knowledge of the work scope and
provides clear assignment of roles and responsibilities, right-sized integration of
programs and procedures, and, especially, respect for and partnering with DOE, our
employees, our communities, and other site contractors.
As we continue to promote Decontamination and Demolition initiatives across the PPPO enterprise and strengthen our OnePPPO culture, we are intentionally building on the legacy of collaboration among the Gaseous Diffusion Plants. By applying lessons learned, we strive to enhance real-time information sharing among our sites, contractors, workforce, regulatory agencies, and communities.
The focus is on collaborative efforts that are successfully increasing benefits for PPPO’s cleanup efforts, our communities, and taxpayers.
