MCSA is dedicated to ensuring the successful operation of our facilities and providing high-quality site landlord and utility services to all site contractors. Our team is committed to making a meaningful and lasting impact in reducing the risks associated with the Cold War legacy left by the gaseous diffusion plants at Portsmouth and Paducah.
 

Aligned with DOE PPPO's strategic vision, MCSA strives to develop a unified, integrated mission across the PPPO sites. Our mission first approach emphasizes reliable, on-demand service delivery, supporting the primary objectives of DUF6 operations, Decontamination and Demolition (D&D), and Deactivation and Remediation (D&R). 

Drawing on our extensive experience supporting both the receipt and delivery of mission-critical services at Portsmouth and Paducah, we leverage lessons learned and innovative strategies to benefit both OSMS and other site contractors through a collaborative and integrated approach.
