  Educational Outreach is the key to the workforce of the future, and it is key in the sustained growth and stability of the U.S. economy, our workforce, and DOE's continued commitment to education. To address the challenges head-on, MCSA embraces the need to be proactive and commits to the following educational instruction partnerships and workforce development initiatives:

• Nuclear/Electromechanical Engineering Laboratory at Shawnee State
• Scholarship endowments
• Union support at both sites for apprenticeship programs for craft positions and other disciplines
• STEM Programs with educational partners and others selected by the MCSA community council
