Mission Support and Integration Director

Mrs. Tammy Courtney is the Mission Support and Integration Director for MCSA where she leads strategic initiatives and oversees complex project operations. 

Beginning in 2015, she served as Project Manager for the $427 million Infrastructure Support Services contract at the DOE Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant. In that role, she was responsible for contract performance and the safety of approximately 200 personnel, including members of a Collective Bargaining Unit.

Tammy is a proven leader who fosters a culture of safe performance, innovation, and cost efficiency. A native of Kentucky, she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky, a master’s degree in business administration from Murray State University, and holds certification as a Project Management Professional. Her strong leadership and commitment to employee engagement have contributed to multiple safety and environmental accolades throughout her career.
